Longbeach Beachfront Villas offer you a choice of 2 six bedroom villas to rent. Both are right on the beach. The villas are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de -sac. All living areas overlook the beach with views accross the bay and out to the Tollgate Islands. Each villa has a spacious living area upstairs and another downstairs with a deck and patio to step out onto and enjoy the sea breezes. Long Beach is a safe swimming beach where dolphins often swim in close to play. There are great rock formations to explore above and below the water. You can step out of your villas, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets. Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too. We invite you to enjoy life on the beach.

You can contact Nola Debney Real Estate/Beachfront Holidays about how to accommodate two or more families in both villas.  If you wish to book both villas together then please check availability on each calender and make a booking request on both. There is a maximum of 6 adults if no children are in the group. You can book either villa, they are both identical. N.B. During school holidays the villas are booked out as six bedroom villas for $1500 to $3500 per week, depending on season and sleep up to 12 people (maximum of 9 adults). Perfect for two or three families to share.

Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and small balcony, 2nd queen room with queen bed and one twin room with two single beds.
All beds have doonas and pillows with covers.

DOWNSTAIRS (downstairs section sleeps 6)
Three bedrooms, kitchenette, large open plan living/dining area with patio, one bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet. Room configurations: One queen room with queen bed, twin room with two single beds and onother twin room with two single beds.
